MLK Day of Service

OVERVIEW:  Join us for a “day on, not a day off” partnering with Atlanta community organizations to connect, serve, and move us closer to Dr. King’s vision of a ‘Beloved Community’. This event is hosted by the Office of Civic Engagement and MOVE


Winter Organizations Fair

AUDIENCE: All Students

FORMAT: In-Person

WHEN: January 23rd, 2024

LOCATION: Around Tech Green

OVERVIEW: Each semester, the Center for Student Engagement hosts the Student Organizations Fair which provides students opportunities to connect with our 550+ RSOs. Registration opens 12/01 @ noon.


Student Leader Retreat

AUDIENCE: RSO Leaders

FORMAT: In-Person

WHEN: February 9-10

LOCATION: Georgia FFA-FCCLA

OVERVIEW: The Student Leader Retreat (SLR) is an annual program that strives to create a space where Georgia Tech students can practice their leadership by collaborating with other RSO leaders to develop relationships and grow their skills.

The annual Up with the White & Gold (UWWG) celebration (co-hosted by the Division of Student Life and SGA) honors the achievements, hard work, and dedication of student leaders and student organizations. The event highlights the significant role that student leadership and involvement play on campus. These awards, presented by the Student Government Association, highlight the dedicated work and accomplishments of our 500+ Registered Student Organizations and their respective leaders. Applications are open to all active RSOs. Awards include: Organization of the Year, Student Leader of the Year, Advisor of the Year, Emerging Excellence, Community Champion, Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership Development, Innovation in Adversity, Dean Danielle McDonald Legacy Award.
